Motorcycle Accidents in Texas
Studies show that Texas is amongst one of the states with the highest number of motorcycle accidents. The leading causes of motorcycle accidents (and most vehicle accidents) is speeding and distracted driving.
Since motorcycles are smaller and less stable than larger vehicles, it’s easier for riders to sustain serious injuries than occupants inside of passenger vehicles. Common injuries motorcyclists sustain are road rash, broken bones, neck injuries, brain injuries, and internal injuries.
If motorcyclists were not at fault for the collision that left them with serious injuries, they may be able to file personal injury lawsuits against all other parties.
At The Benton Law Firm, we specialize in helping injured motorcyclists with their personal injury lawsuits in order to obtain the compensation they may be entitled to for injuries and damages. Contact our office today if you or a loved one was injured in a motorcycle accident at (214) 219-4878.
