Motorcycle Accidents in Texas
In 2018, approximately 418 motorcyclists lost their lives on Texas roads. Failing to yield the right-of-way and making a left turn in front of oncoming motorcyclists are two of the leading causes of motorcycle accident fatalities. Drivers who are rushing, driving aggressively, or using their cell phones, are most likely to accidentally cause major motorcycle accidents and leave riders suffering from catastrophic or fatal injuries.
At The Benton Law Firm, we believe liable drivers should be held financially responsible for all damages and losses after causing a motorcycle accident, especially if the rider lost their life.
