Car Accidents in Texas
Texas has the highest number of fatal accidents than any other state in the country. An average of 3,000 people lose their lives annually in fatal car accidents throughout Texas. Most often car accidents occur from negligent driving, which consists of speeding, breaking traffic laws, driving while inebriated, and falling asleep at the wheel. Even if drivers don’t intentionally mean to put themselves and others in danger, accidents are still a byproduct of irresponsible driving.
Some families may be eligible to file a wrongful death lawsuit if their loved one was killed in a car accident. However, they would have to prove that the other party was at fault for the crash. An experienced Texas personal injury attorney can assist you in proving the other party was at fault for the accident.
