Hardin County, TX – Theresa Martin Killed in Crash on Highway 96

Hardin County, TX (October 10, 2019) – On Wednesday, October 9th, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 96.

According to reports, 71-year-old Theresa Martin was traveling along Highway 96 when her vehicle collided with a second vehicle head-on near the area of Andover Road.

Martin sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the second vehicle, 21-year-old Jessica Adams, was seriously injured and transported to St. Elizabeth for medical treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
