Amarillo, TX – Martin Rozier III Killed in Car Accident on State Loop 335
Amarillo, TX (October 13, 2019) On the 12th of October, a fatal car accident occurred on State Loop 335. According to reports, a semi-truck was traveling on the highway when it failed to yield the right of way and pulled out in front of an oncoming vehicle. The vehicle attempted to swerve to avoid the truck, but the vehicle still slid and hit the right side of the trailer. As a result of the collision, the vehicle ended up under the trailer.
When crews arrived to help, they found the driver of the vehicle deceased at the scene. He has been identified as 67-year-old Martin Rozier, III. The driver of the semi-truck did not sustain any injuries.
The fatal collision is currently being investigated by authorities.
