Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Most pedestrian accidents occur at night when it’s harder for drivers to see pedestrians crossing the road. If pedestrians are walking in unmarked crosswalks and are wearing dark clothing, they put themselves more at risk of accidentally being struck by vehicles.
When pedestrians are not at fault for pedestrian accidents and lose their lives as a result, families may qualify to file wrongful death lawsuits if they can prove that the driver was at fault for the accident. It is in your best interest to hire a wrongful death attorney to assist you with your claim.
At The Benton Law Firm, our experienced wrongful death lawyers have successfully assisted families for years with their lawsuits. We are passionate about helping families receive compensation to pay for medical bills and funeral expenses. We believe negligent parties should be held responsible for their actions.
