Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Thousands of children are injured annually after being struck by vehicles throughout the country. When pedestrian accidents occur, often times the cause is negligent driving, which includes drivers being reckless by disregarding traffic laws and speeding through red lights. When drivers do this, they risk accidentally striking children and severely injuring them. Because children are not fully developed, their bodies are more fragile and highly susceptible to serious injuries.
At The Benton Law Firm, we assist parents with filing both child injury lawsuits and personal injury lawsuits. We have spent years proving negligence claims and helping parents win fair compensation to pay for the treatment of their children’s injuries.
