Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Nearly one million people are involved in hit-and-run accidents annually throughout the country. More than half of those accidents involve pedestrians. Most hit-and-run accidents are a result of drunk drivers being unaware of their surroundings and breaking laws, especially late at night.
When families lose loved ones in pedestrian accidents, they may be able to file wrongful death lawsuits against negligent drivers in order to be fully compensated for their losses. Although no amount of money can replace the life of a loved one, families can use the money to assist them with all post-accident expenses.
At The Benton Law Firm, we are passionate about making sure families are fully compensated for damages, losses, and more. Our wrongful death attorneys have years of experience helping clients prove negligence and win their lawsuits. Contact our office today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
