Car Accidents in Texas
In 2016, the reason nearly 300,000 people sustained serious injuries after being involved in car accidents is almost always because of negligence. Disobeying traffic laws, speeding, driving under the influence, texting, and eating are just a few examples of negligent behavior. Other causes include hazardous weather, faulty auto parts, and terrible road conditions.
Individuals who sustained serious injuries may be eligible to file personal injury lawsuits as long as they were not at fault for the collision.
At The Benton Law Firm, our experienced personal injury lawyers do everything within their power to help clients prove negligence and win a fair settlement to cover all expenses. Whenever drivers cause a collision, they should be held financially liable for all damages and losses sustained.
