Motorcycle Accidents in Texas

East El Paso, TX – 1 Killed In Motorcycle Accident On Montana AveIn 2016, studies show that approximately 1,936 motorcycle accidents left riders with serious injuries or worse. When motorcycle accidents occur at intersections, the cause is often drivers turning left in front of oncoming motorcyclists, or drivers switching lanes without checking for motorcyclists. Since riders are completely exposed, they’re more prone to sustaining serious injuries from an accident.

When motorcyclists lose their lives in motorcycle accidents, their families may be able to file wrongful death lawsuits as long as they were not liable for the collision. It’s important for family members to seek legal assistance immediately following the accident in order for them to remain eligible.

At The Benton Law Firm, we are passionate about helping families win their wrongful death lawsuits because we believed responsible parties should be financially responsible for their actions. Families should not be paying out-of-pocket for damages caused by other drivers. If you lost a loved one in a motorcycle accident, contact our office today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
