Car Accidents in Houston

Houston, TX – Car Catches Fire After Deadly Collision On I-45In 2016, approximately 237 fatal collisions happened in Houston, leaving 245 people fatally injured. When accidents occur between the hours of midnight and six in the morning, the cause is usually drunk driving. Intoxicated drivers were responsible for causing over 5,000 accidents on Texas roads in 2016.

Because drunk drivers stop thinking rationally, they believe they can safely drive themselves home after a night out of partying. Unfortunately, irrational thinking has left thousands of people catastrophically and fatally injured throughout Texas.

Families have the right to file wrongful death lawsuits against irresponsible drivers if their loved one was not liable for the accident.
