Rogers, TX – Two Killed in Crash on US-190 (FM 2184)

Rogers, TX (October 28, 2019) –   Two drivers killed in a head-on collision on US Highway 190 in Rogers on Monday.

On the afternoon of October 28, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a fatal collision. As per reports, a Kia passenger car was traveling east along the highway when it collided head-on with a Chevrolet SUV.

The driver of the Kia, 48-year-old Alicia Shafer, and the driver of the Chevrolet were both pronounced deceased at the scene.

One passenger inside the Chevrolet was critically injured and rushed to an area hospital for treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
