Conroe, TX – Victim of TX-242 Crash ID’d as Billie Durell Mccoy
Conroe, TX (October 29, 2019) – The victim killed in a TX-242 crash involving a semi-truck has been identified by police.
On October 24, just before 6 a.m., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe EMS reported to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on TX-242.
According to reports, a pedestrian was traveling down TX-242, near the intersection of Lone Star Ranch Drive, when he was struck by an 18-wheeler.
The pedestrian, who was later identified as 55-year-old Billie Durell McCoy, sustained fatal injuries in the collision. McCoy was declared deceased at the scene.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is currently investigating the collision.
