Tyler, TX – Motorcyclist Killed in Collision on S SE Loop 323

Tyler, TX (November 1, 2019) – A collision on S SE Loop 323 left one motorcyclist fatally injured.

At 7:36 a.m. on November 1, Tyler Police were called to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on Loop 323. According to reports, a 47-year-old male in a 2007 Honda Odyssey was traveling east in the left lane of Loop 323.

The driver attempted to turn left onto Santa Elena Drive when the vehicle collided with a 2015 Yamaha motorcycle, driver by 28-year-old Bruno Cunha.

Cunha was rushed to UT Health Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

At this time, the case is under investigation.
