Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Every day, pedestrians are hit and injured by vehicles throughout Texas. When drivers drive into buildings and injure people, they’re either intoxicated, fatigued, or distracted. Sometimes drivers are speeding and lose control of their vehicles. Other times drivers may step on the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal.
Injured victims have the right to file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers in order to receive compensation for their injuries. Injured victims must file their claims immediately following an accident in order to receive as much money as possible.
