Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Sadly, most pedestrians who are hit by vehicles end up sustaining severe injuries or losing their lives. Because their bodies are exposed, there’s no way to avoid fractured bones, head injuries, neck injuries, spinal cord injuries, or internal organ injuries. Depending on who had the right of way at the time of the crash, injured pedestrians may be able to file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers. Families of deceased victims may also be able to file wrongful death lawsuits if their loved one was not at fault.
At The Benton Law Firm, we are committed to fighting for the rights of our clients every single day. We help grieving families with their wrongful death lawsuits because we don’t believe they should pay for damages caused by other drivers. If you lost a loved one in a pedestrian accident, contact our office today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
