Car and Truck Accidents in Texas
Studies show that there are approximately two million big rig trucks on the road every year and that about 500,000 of them end up in car accidents throughout the country. When large trucks and passenger vehicles collide, the occupants inside of the smaller vehicles often sustain more serious injuries.
Causes may vary, but most of the time some form of negligence is the lead contributing factor. Depending on who is at fault, families of deceased victims may be able to file wrongful death lawsuits against responsible parties.
