Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Studies show that about 13 pedestrians are killed every day. Because most pedestrian accidents result from negligent driving, most of them could be avoided. Since pedestrians do not walk around wearing protective gear, it’s easy for them to obtain major injuries, some of which can be permanent and require 24-hour medical treatment. If pedestrians were not at fault in any way for the accident, they can file personal injury lawsuits against responsible drivers to receive compensation for their injuries.
At The Benton Law Firm, we have the knowledge and resources available to assist injured victims with their personal injury lawsuits. We have spent about 20 years helping our clients win their lawsuits and recover large settlement funds to assist them with their needs. If you or someone you love was hurt in a pedestrian accident, contact our office today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878. We are eager to help you win your case.
