Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Harris County, TX – 3-Year-Old Injured In Pedestrian Accident On Cypress Station DrStudies show that about 100 children under the age of four are killed annually after being hit by vehicles. Most pedestrian accidents involving children occur due to negligent driving, which includes speed, intoxication, distractions, and more. Because children are incredibly underdeveloped and fragile, it’s very easy for them to sustain serious, life-threatening injuries.

Because medical treatment can be very costly, it’s important for parents to file personal injury lawsuits against all liable parties if their child was hit by a vehicle. An experienced personal injury attorney will immediately get to work gathering evidence in order to prove negligence claims and win large settlements.

At The Benton Law Firm, that’s exactly what our attorneys do. We work hard to help our clients win enough funds to cover all potential medical treatment and other expenses. Drivers who are not responsible on the road should be financially liable for all damages they cause.
