Car Accidents in Texas

Temple, TX - 1 Killed And 1 Injured In Car Accident On Airport RdTexas is still the state with the most car accident fatalities. Every year, about 3,000 people lose their lives in car accidents. Most of these accidents are caused by negligence, which includes speeding, driving while intoxicated, driving distracted, driving reckless, and more. Sometimes distracted drivers expect other drivers to be alert, but that’s not always the case. Even the smallest distraction can cause the most dangerous collisions.

When families suddenly lose loved ones in car accidents, they may be able to receive compensation by filing wrongful death lawsuits as long as their loved ones were not at fault for the collisions.

At The Benton Law Firm, we work very hard to help families of deceased victims win their wrongful death lawsuits. We also do all we can to help injured victims win their personal injury lawsuits.
