Galveston, TX – Motorcyclist Killed in FM 3005 Collision

Galveston, TX (November 4, 2019) – At approximately 2 a.m. on November 3, emergency crews responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident between 11 Mile and 12 Mile Roads.

According to reports, a motorcyclist was traveling west along FM3005 (Termini-San Luis Pass Rd) when it collided head-on with a pickup truck.

The motorcyclist was rushed to Texas Medical Branch for treatment. Unfortunately, they succumbed to injuries shortly upon arrival.

The driver of the pickup truck, who was uninjured in the collision, remained at the scene.

Police are investigating the cause of the incident at this time.
