Center, TX – Tamoya Gentry Killed in Hurst St Pedestrian Accident

Center, TX (November 5, 2019) – At approximately 7:30 p.m. on November 2, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Hurst Street.

According to reports, a female pedestrian was traveling across the roadway in the 800 block of Hurst Street when she was struck by a gray Ford pickup truck in front of the NAPA Auto Parts store.

The victim, who was identified as 34-year-old Tamoya Gentry, sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver of the truck remained and the scene and cooperated with law enforcement.

At this time, police are investigating the accident.
