Dallas, TX – Noe Cortez Killed in Bruton Rd Collision
Dallas, TX (November 6, 2019) – At approximately 7:10 p.m., on November 4, emergency crews reported to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Bruton Road.
According to reports, a 2003 Honda Odyssey minivan was traveling north along Second Avenue when it collided with a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze at the intersection of Bruton Road.
The impact of the collision caused the van to cross the intersection, where it came to rest in the southwest corner. The Cruze spun around before coming to rest in the eastbound lanes on Bruton Road.
One passenger inside the van, identified as 48-year-old Noe Cortez, succumbed to their injuries at Baylor University Medical Center.
The driver and two passengers inside the Cruze were both hospitalized with injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
