Lubbock, TX – Woman Critically Injured in Dog Attack on County Rd 6870
Lubbock, TX (November 11, 2019) – A woman was hospitalized with critical injuries on Wednesday after a vicious dog attack on County Road 6870.
According to reports, just before 4 a.m., deputies responded to the scene of an incident in the 10500 block of County Road 6870. 67-year-old Priscilla Espenschied was at the residence, taking out the trash when she was attacked by three dogs.
Espenschied remained on the ground for several hours before she was discovered.
The woman sustained critical injuries and was rushed to an area hospital immediately after being found.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
