San Antonio, TX – Driver Killed in I-10 Collision

San Antonio, TX (November 7, 2019) – A collision on Interstate 10 left one victim fatally injured Thursday.

At approximately 7 a.m. on November 7, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident off Interstate 10.

According to reports, a semi-truck and a second vehicle collided along the roadway. The collision sent the semi-truck over the side of the roadway, where it landed on a roadway below.

The driver of the truck sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
