El Paso, TX – Pedestrian Succumbs to Injuries from Crash near Hercules Ave

El Paso, TX (November 8, 2019) – Just after 8:30 p.m. on November 5, emergency crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Dyer Street near Hercules Avenue.

According to reports, a 73-year-old pedestrian was crossing the roadway in the 8100 block of Dyer Street, near Hercules Avenue, when he was struck by a Saturn.

The victim sustained life-threatening injuries and was rushed to University Medical Center for treatment.

Authorities confirmed that the victim succumbed to his injuries the following morning.

At this time, the El Paso Police Department is investigating the incident.
