Car Accidents in Texas
According to reports, about 445,000 people are injured every year in accidents caused by hazardous weather conditions, including heavy rain. Hydroplaning occurs when the tires of a vehicle drive over more water than it can handle, causing it to lose traction. Under these circumstances, drivers temporarily lose steering, braking, and power control. Hydroplaning often leads to dangerous accidents that result in fatal injuries.
