Pedestrian Accidents in El Paso
In 2018, El Paso had the most recorded pedestrian fatalities in the city’s history, which was about 32. The year prior, the city had 17 pedestrian fatalities, which means the number of deaths nearly doubled.
Sadly, pedestrians are likely to suffer from head injuries, fractured bones, internal injuries, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. Depending on the cause of the accident, injured victims may be eligible to file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers. It’s crucial that they immediately follow up with an experienced Texas personal injury lawyer for assistance.
At The Benton Law Firm, we have spent about two decades helping injured pedestrians file and win personal injury lawsuits against drivers who caused them harm. Medical expenses can cost thousands of dollars, which isn’t fair for injured victims to pay if they were not responsible for causing the accident.
