Car Accidents in Texas

Longview, TX – Accident On S Eastman Rd Leaves At least 1 InjuredIt’s very rare for those involved in car accidents not to sustain any injuries. In some cases, those involved may remain asymptomatic for hours, days, or even weeks following a collision. Depending on the type of collision, some individuals experience physical symptoms right away. It’s important for all injured individuals to be examined by a medical provider even if they don’t feel any pain.

If an accident resulted from a clear act of negligence, those who were not at fault can file personal injury lawsuits to receive compensation for their medical expenses, car repairs, lost earnings from work, and more.

At the Benton Law Firm, we are constantly working hard to ensure our clients receive the compensation they may be entitled to for their injuries.
