Nolan County, TX – Highway 53 (TX-153) Crash Victims Identified
Nolan County, TX (November 12, 2019) – A tragic collision on Highway 53 claimed three victims’ lives.
At approximately 6:50 p.m., on November 10, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Texas Highway 153 (Highway 53) just north of Turkey Track Ranch.
According to reports, a blue Toyota and a white Dodge Charger collided along the roadway after one vehicle attempted to pass an 18-wheeler.
Three victims, who were identified as 20-year-old Bryan Isaac Pesina, 43-year-old Joan Palacios, and 47-year-old Juan Palacios, all sustained fatal injuries in the collision and were declared deceased at the scene.
A fourth victim, who was identified as 22-year-old Katerina Pesina, was airlifted to John Peter Smith Hospital in serious condition.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
