Denton, TX – 3 Victims Killed in I-35W Collision Identified
Denton, TX (November 12, 2019) – The three victims tragically killed in an Interstate 35 West collision have been identified by police.
At approximately 1:30 p.m., on November 8, emergency crews responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident at mile marker 84 of Interstate 35 West.
According to reports, four passenger vehicles and two 18-wheelers collided along the roadway for unspecified reasons. After the initial collision, one of the trucks burst into flames. A second vehicle caught on fire as well.
Three victims were injured in the collision and rushed to area hospitals for treatment.
Three other victims identified as 59-year-old Paul Buckley Sachs, 30-year-old Jennifer Kara Ferguson, and 63-year-old Ann Marie Cole, were pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
At this time, police are investigating.
