Midland County, TX – Collision near Highway 80 Left 3 Injured

Midland County, TX (November 12, 2019) – A high-speed chase on Highway 80 left three teens injured.

According to reports, on November 12, police in Midland were performing a traffic stop on a white pickup truck along Andrews Highway when the driver, who was identified as 20-year-old Dylan Barrera, fled the scene.

Barrera continued along the roadway when he failed to yield the right of way to another vehicle. As Barrera proceeded through the intersection, his vehicle collided with a passenger car.

Three teens inside the passenger car were injured in the collision and rushed to area hospitals for treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
