Lubbock, TX – 1 Seriously Injured in Accident on N Ash Ave
Lubbock, TX (November 13, 2019) – Just after 1 p.m. on November 12, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on North Ash Avenue.
According to reports from the Lubbock Police Department, an individual was working on the installation of an irrigation system, when the front of the delivery trailer struck the overhead electrical wire.
The collision broke the wire, causing it to fall on to the worker. The worker was shocked and seriously injured.
The victim was rushed to UMC for medical treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
