El Paso, TX – Lorenzo Armando Rubio ID’d as Don Haskins Dr Accident Victim

El Paso, TX (November 14, 2014) – The worker killed in the Toro Border Operations Warehouse accident has been identified by police.

On November 12, 56-year-old Lorenzo Armando Rubio was using a standup forklift during the evening hours while working at the warehouse located at 1440 Don Haskins Drive.

While operating the machinery, Rubio became pinned in between a storage rack and the forklift. The man sustained fatal injuries in the incident. His body was discovered on the morning of November 13, when workers arrived for their shift.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
