Abilene, TX – 1 Killed And 1 Injured In Two-Vehicle Collision On I-20
Abilene, TX (November 16, 2019) A fatal two-vehicle collision happened on the morning of November 16th. According to sources, a man driving a 2019 Ford pickup truck was traveling south on Interstate Highway 20 and collided with another vehicle near the on-ramp.
Emergency responders rushed to the crash site and discovered that the driver of the pickup truck was deceased. He has been identified as 62-year-old Michael Wayne Scales. The driver of the other vehicle was seriously injured and rushed to Mitchell County Hospital. He has been identified as 24-year-old Robert Bruce Gonzales.
The fatal collision is still under investigation at this time.
