Fort Worth, TX – 1 Killed In Pedestrian Accident On E Loop 820

Fort Worth, TX (November 16, 2019) On the night of November 15th, a fatal pedestrian accident happened near the southbound lanes of East Loop 820, not far from the Sun Valley exit. According to the police, a vehicle struck a pedestrian who was attempting to cross the street.

When the police and other crews received the call at about 9:30p.m., they rushed to the scene to help. Unfortunately, they found the pedestrian lying in the roadway with fatal injuries.

The police are investigating the accident and finalizing the facts. It’s unclear whether the vehicle at the scene was the initial vehicle that ran the victim over.

Crews blocked off lanes and encouraged drivers to find alternate routes until they reopened them.
