Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Harris County, TX – Man Killed In Pedestrian Accident On FM 1960Pedestrian accidents are a popular way for drivers to accidentally harm pedestrians and possibly leave them severely, catastrophically, or fatally injured. Because their limbs are exposed to the impact of large vehicles that weigh a ton, there’s a higher chance that they will need extensive treatment after being hit.

Depending on how serious the injuries are, injured victims may be charged huge fees for medically necessary treatment. Those who have been harmed in pedestrian accidents should immediately seek help from an experienced personal injury or wrongful death lawyer.

At The Benton Law Firm, we work incredibly hard to ensure our clients win their personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits against negligent parties, especially if our clients were in no way at fault for the accident.
