Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Over 2,000 children are hit by vehicles annually for many reasons, but mainly because of negligence. When drivers look away from the road for a few seconds, that’s enough time not to see a child crossing the street. However, when children are standing on sidewalks and a car collides into a fence, the accident could be caused by mechanical errors, hazardous roads, intoxication, or more.
It’s important for parents to get legal help from an experienced personal injury lawyer if their child was hit by a vehicle.
At The Benton Law Firm, we fight for the rights of victims who were hit by negligent drivers. We have spent nearly two decades helping parents with their claims after their child was harmed. If you would like a free consultation with one of our attorneys, contact our office at (214) 219-4878.
