Car Accident in Longview
In 2017, there were 21 fatal crashes that happened in Longview. Out of those fatal crashes, about 21 people lost their lives. Unfortunately, the leading cause of almost every fatal collision is negligence, which comes in many forms. When drivers are eating, drinking, talking on their phones, texting, chatting with passengers, disciplining children, searching for lost items, or more, they risk causing a major collision that could result in serious injuries or fatalities.
Those involved may have the right to file personal injury lawsuits if they did not contribute to causing the accident.
