Motorcycle Accidents in Texas
Studies show that in 2015, about 88,000 motorcyclists were injured in motorcycle accidents throughout the country. When larger vehicles crash into motorcyclists, it’s often due to distracted or careless driving. It’s common for drivers not to check their surroundings before switching lanes in front of oncoming motorcyclists. Unfortunately, when this happens, riders almost always sustain serious injuries that could potentially affect them for the rest of their lives.
When riders sustain injuries in accidents they didn’t cause, they may be able to file personal injury lawsuits against all liable drivers.
At The Benton Law Firm, we are constantly defending the rights of injured motorcyclists after they’ve been harmed in accidents they did not cause. We believe they should not be held liable for damages and losses, which is why we work hard on their behalves. If you or a loved one was injured in a motorcycle accident, contact our office today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
