Head-On Collisions in Texas
In 2016, nearly 650 people lost their lives as a result of head-on collisions throughout Texas. Because these accidents are highly dangerous, those involved almost always sustain serious injuries that could potentially be life-threatening.
Head-on collisions result from at least one driver not following the law for various reasons. Sometimes drivers are under the influence or fatigued. Other times roads are poorly lit, causing drivers to accidentally end up in the wrong lanes. No matter the cause, those with serious injuries may be able to file personal injury lawsuits against all parties responsible for the accident.
At the Benton Law Firm, we work very hard to assist our clients with their personal injury lawsuits every day. For nearly twenty years, we have served the community by legally defending those who were wrongfully harmed and helped them receive compensation for all post-accident expenses.
