Lubbock, TX – Two Officers Struck by Vehicle on N Quaker Ave
Lubbock, TX (November 19, 2019) – At approximately 1:30 p.m., on November 18, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on North Quaker Avenue.
According to reports, a set of Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office deputies were attempting to serve a warrant at a home on North Quaker Avenue, near Farm to Market Road 261. As the officers attempted to locate 33-year-old Codie Dee Seale, he jumped into a vehicle and attempted to flee the scene.
As Seale pulled away, he struck one of the officers with the door of the vehicle and ran over the foot of the second officer.
Both officers were transported to UMC for treatment.
At this time, police are investigating.
