Houston, TX – East 43rd St Crash Results in Fatal Injuries

Houston, TX (November 20, 2019) – A collision on East 43rd Street claimed one victim’s life on Friday.

On November 15, the Houston Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 200 block of East 43rd Street.

According to reports, a 54-year-old female was attempting to cross North Main Street near the intersection of East 43rd Street, when she was struck by a white dually pickup truck.

The woman incurred serious injuries and was rushed to Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital. Authorities later confirmed the victim was declared deceased upon arrival.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation by the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Hit and Run Unit.
