Marshall, TX – Kelvin Dewayne Perkins Killed in TX-43 Crash
Marshall, TX (November 20, 2019) – A collision on State Highway 43 claimed one victim’s life on Tuesday.
Reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety indicate that 42-year-old Kelvin Dewayne Perkins was traveling south along State Highway 43 when his vehicle collided with a truck-tractor towing a semi-trailer.
Perkins sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was declared deceased at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the semi-truck, who was identified as 36-year-old Gopinder Singh Mangat, was treated at Good Shepard Medical Center for injuries.
At this time, DPS is investigating.
