Mineola, TX – Bus Accident on US-80 Leaves 1 Injured

Mineola, TX (November 21, 2019) – At approximately 6:35 a.m., on November 21, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on US Highway 80 just east of Mineola.

According to reports, a bus from the Mineola ISD was traveling along the roadway when it was rear-ended by a pickup truck.

One student on the bus incurred injuries. The injured student was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

At this time, police are investigating.
