Motorcycle Accidents in Texas
Studies reveal that 95 percent of motorcycle accidents leave those involved suffering from some type of injury. In fact, 45 percent of those accidents leave motorcyclists severely injured. Injuries can be minor or permanent, which means some forms of treatment could be lifelong and require twenty-four-hour care. If that’s the case, then treatment could cost thousands of dollars.
Injured motorcyclists can file personal injury lawsuits as long as they were not at fault for the accident. The sooner lawsuits are filed, the more compensation injured victims may be entitled to receive. If too much time passes, then the claim may be considered void.
At The Benton Law Firm, we work very hard to help injured riders file and win their personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers. We have successfully helped victims win their lawsuits against liable parties and receive compensation for their injuries.
