San Antonio, TX – 4-Vehicle Crash Leaves 1 Injured on I-35
San Antonio, TX (November 24, 2019) On the morning of November 23rd, a multi-vehicle crash happened on Interstate 35. The reports indicate that one vehicle was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes, which caused four vehicles to crash into each other. Ironically, the vehicle driving in the wrong direction was not involved in the crash. The accident happened at about 3:30 a.m.
When the paramedics, police, and other crews arrived, they found at least one person injured. They rushed the victim to the nearest hospital for treatment.
The police suspect drunk driving was the cause of this accident, but it’s still under investigation.
Our thoughts are with the injured victim and everyone else involved in the collision.
Car Accidents in Texas
Drivers who are under the influence are likely to end up in wrong lanes due to their blurred vision and inability to control their vehicles. Intoxicated drivers are also more likely to speed, break traffic laws, and rear-end other vehicles.
Most DUI and head-on collisions occur overnight on weekends since drivers are on their way home from clubs, parties, and more.
Those who are harmed by drunk drivers can file personal injury lawsuits to ensure they don’t have to pay out-of-pocket for injuries they didn’t cause.
At The Benton Law Firm, we believe drivers who were under the influence or in the wrong lane at the time of the accident should be held financially responsible for all damages and losses. We represent those who were wrongfully harmed in these collisions and help them win their personal injury lawsuits.
