San Antonio, TX – Victor Mancha ID’d as Crash Victim on S Flores St

San Antonio, TX (November 25, 2019) – A pedestrian accident on South Flores Street claimed one victim’s life.

At approximately 2 a.m., on November 24, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 4900 block of South Flores Street.

According to reports, 53-year-old Victor Mancha left the R&J Saloon. As he was crossing the roadway with two other individuals, he was struck by a speeding grey sedan.

Manch was rushed to BAMC where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the sedan fled the scene but was later apprehended by the police.

At this time, police are investigating.
