Ector County, TX – Brian Stout Killed in RM 2020 Crash

Ector County, TX (November 26, 2019) – A fatal bicycle accident on Ranch to Market Road 2020 claimed one victim’s life on Sunday.

At approximately 10:50 p.m., on November 24, emergency crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Ranch to Market Road 2020.

According to reports, 39-year-old Brian Stout was traveling along the westbound lanes of the roadway when he was struck by a Chevrolet Cruz.

Stout sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene of the accident.

At this time, police are investigating.
