Marshall, TX – Michael Wayne Diggs ID’d as US-59 (E End Blvd) Crash Victim
Marshall, TX (November 28, 2019) – A collision on US Highway 59 claimed one victim’s life.
On November 27, at approximately 6 a.m., authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on US Highway 59.
According to reports, 40-year-old Michael Wayne Diggs was crossing the highway, near the intersection of East Travis Street, when he was struck by a van.
Diggs sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
At this time, police are investigating the collision.
